What the the heck is two-tone paging?
Here's a great way to provide dispatching and paging capabilities from any touch-tone phone! The Pageboy Remote Paging Terminal easily connects to your base station radio and a telephone line. Simply dial the Pageboy, enter your access code, and you're in! By using your phone's keypad, you can set off pager tones, even start your fire siren! Once tones are transmitted, you can then make an announcement over the telephone which is broadcast over the radio.
HERE'S A TIP: If you don't have a full-time dispatcher, then let the Pageboy do the job for you. All you need to do is hire an answering service, and forward your emergency number to them. They can take down the information and call the Pageboy at the station to dispatch the department!

Our Economy Repeater converts any base or mobile radio into a 'simplex repeater'. A simplex repeater records an incoming audio message or page from a radio channel and retransmits it as soon as the channel is clear. The Economy Repeater can retransmit any message up to 40 seconds long. Great for areas where radio reception is poor.
