Q. Do I have to locate a fire dept. that needs assistance?

A. No. Simply make one call to Audiotech, and we’ll handle the rest. We will locate a fire department for you and arrange the entire transaction. If you like, you can specify a community or region that you would like to assist and we’ll do our best to locate a recipient meeting your wishes.

 

Q. Can I make my donation anonymously?

A. By all means. If you desire, we will shield your identity from the recipient of your donation.

 

Q. How does my donation remain tax-deductible when I choose to remain anonymous?

A. You will not be required to donate funds directly to the fire dept. Your obligation under this program is to pay the invoice from Audiotech to the fire dept. for the equipment. Your check will be made payable to Audiotech. We will not divulge your identity to anyone, nor will you be placed on any other solicitation lists.

 

Q. Does this affect the tax status of my donation?

A. No. As long as you are paying an invoice to the fire department, your donation is still tax deductible. You will receive proof of payment of the invoice from us.

 

Q. Do I incur any liabilities by purchasing this equipment for the fire department?

A. No. You are only paying the fire department’s invoice for the equipment. Audiotech is responsible for the operation of the equipment as outlined in its warranty policy.
